Bad

At the Phoenix plaza.. Had load shedding. It's half an hour later and still not opened. Manager who is an Indian lady comes to the door to there after say they not sure what time IT is coming to sort the system out and continue to argue with the customer saying not her fault. We do knw that but her attitude and the way she handled the situation was absolutely unprofessional. Very bad image for the business.
