Awful Service - UberEats and Macdonald - Blue Hills, Midrand

I placed an order with Macdonald - Blue Hill Midrand at 17:30pm, I placed the order through UberEATs, and it is now 18:50pm and I still do not have my order, i have tried calling macdonald, blue hills, no answer. This is ridiculous! The Ubereats app keeping saying that my order is being prepared or Looking for another delivery person.
