Awful service

Just walked in now at McDonald's Diepkloof and the lady at the door who was cleaning was so rude even when I told her don't shout at me when you talk she continued shouting at me, worse thing I was with my son and told don't do that. I'm so ****ed angry with that stupid McDonald's Diepkloof. My son wanted to use the self service machine and couldn't and when I came in when my son was using it and struggling and asked why didn't you help him she said my son said yes and I asked but you can see he is still young and struggling then she started to shout at me saying "I offered help mos". Is that the way to treat customers???????? 😡😡😡😡😡😡
