Awful service

I went to McDonald's in Free State, Qwaqwa in Maluti Cres mall on last week Friday and it was the second time I get ****ty service. The first time my order was incomplete and I realized when I got home. last week I ordered iced coffee and I could hear the manager asking the lady that she didn't include syrup which she said she did and again when I got to my office there was no syrup. I was so ****ed because I am not getting value for my money. The service in that McD is awful and I think I should take this to twitter as well.
