Awful Service

<p>A week ago my friends ans i visited the Mcdonalds opposite Moffet on Main in Port elizabeth, we were assited by a lady called Olwethu who lacked empathy and manners . When we tried to address the matter with her manager Clara and Innocentia we were asked by all three of them that ''She said sorry now what is it that you still want " . My question and concern is , why is it that we get this caliber of serivice late at night when during the day its alll smiles ? I was disgusted to be treated so poorly by a consultant who we did nothing to . Is this the type of poor service that consumers can come to expect from customer service consulatants ? I am extremely dissapointed by the lack of empathy that Olwethu , Clara and Innocentia displayed .</p>
