Awful food and bad service ever!!

I was at McDonald's Westgate and had the worst experience there. The service was very poor ,image waiting 1 hour 30 minutes for food to arrive. Then when the food arrived it was so cold and dry . I honestly don't know where do McDonald's staff do with sauces because the burgers are so dry with 5 fries and diluted drinks 😔😔😔
