Awful experience at Mc Donalds Pinetown

I booked Mc Donalds Pinetown for my sons birthday party I was initially told i would pay R800 for 15 kids, I found this to be a great deal and I paid R100 to secure booking when i got there at 12 when the party was meant to be starting the lady who was decorating was not there things were not done it was embarrassing and frustrating as we stood there with the kids and parents i was told that the lady was not done and had gone to buy paint to face paint the kids, no one knew anything and what upsets me I went there the day before to confirm everything, when thr lady finally arrived 40mins later she said she was told.this morning and wasn't aware of that i had come the previous day she was off, no.apology no assistance she then began to finish the set up as we set there with the guests! When it was time to get meals I was asked to go to the till and was told i needed pay close to 1500 and I was so shocked cause I had paid the previous day and again they said they did not know I had paid the full R800. Then I was told.i had to pay 500 because i came with 15kids! If which I lost it and I was told that it's not 800 for 15 kids rather R850 for 10 kids and 15 kids cost R1300/1500, this is where I asked for the branch managers number of which I did not receive till I left. When It was timr for ice cream I was told some guy switched off the machine I would need to wait 30mins + so the kids could get ice cream my experience was awful I was compensated by getting 1happy meal and that was it I would definitely not recommend Mc Donalds Pinetown, considering boycotting Mc Donalds all together and myself and my guest definitely won't be thinking of ever booking the party area.
