Awaiting Refund

Good day,<br> On 26 May 2015 I ordered take-aways from Macdonald's Kemptonpark for delivery. On delivery the driver punched R1200.02 instead of R120.00 into the card machine and it was only realised when I got my transaction sms I immediately phoned the branch and spoke to Monica who requested a bank statement from me it was emailed to her on the same day to [Email Removed] and she confirmed it was received and that the balance will be refunde within 7 working days it is the 23rde of June and NO refund was yet made although Johnny informed me that it was done according to his finance department. My study load premie did not go off due to this transaction and the bank keep on phoning me to enquire when I will be paying but I can not because I am still waiting for Macdonalds. PLEASE could you assist and inform. thank You
