Attitude in front of customer

In a queue at McDonald waiting for service, was told to move to the other till, I get there, the cashier tells the other cashier that sent me there \not going to happen"and that she has already knocked off. As I customer I'm standing there thinking what must happen now and nothing is being said to me. The cashier goes to tell the other one that she did the same thing to her yesterday. How is it any of my business? I'm a customer and all I need is a service yet I was still standing there like I'm stupid. Very disappointed. They don't even have name tags."""
