Attitude

I went to Tembisa Macdonald this afternoon the guy that was taking my order kept on asking for an order repeatedly and was rushing to just finish... he seemed to be rushing to the next person without asking if I need anything more so I kept asking to add as if that was all I went to pay and there I was told after paying that my order would be 8 min longer which I feel could have been mentioned to me before paying so I can decide if I wana wait or not.... I was asked to go wait in the parking lot then I waited longer than I was told then I looked for their number to check how long is my order going to be as the time I was told to wait has passed and assed to my surprise after calling 5 times the call didn't go through then as I waited a long time ady brought my order then I politely asked if she does mind if I shared a word with her which she answered yes I was shocked I followed her in as I couldn't believe such a shocking behavior... After spending my hard earned money I even told the manager the I can not believe their slogan ion bill board is siyaThembisa.... How do you promise a service and suck at it
