Attitude!!! Attitude and servicing incorrect orders

McDonald’s Parklands Drive-Thru — I’m honestly disgusted. Tonight before 22:00, I dealt with the most careless service I’ve ever experienced. The lady taking orders made it feel like being there was a favour to us. No energy, no effort. I had to repeat my order twice, and even when I got to the payment window, it was still wrong. Her attitude? Cold. Unbothered. Completely unprofessional. Had to reorder AGAIN—and after all that, I get home and the order is STILL wrong? I’m upset. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. People pay for service—not stress. Do better.
