Attitude and Long waiting

There's nothing that would take away the your Joy in the morning like someone who serves you but acts like his doing you a favour. A guy called Nathi from McDonald Florida North in Roodepoort gave us such attitude like his doing us a favour. The long wait before we place our order as well as he needs a supervisor to assist and dragging his feet to call for assistance. I have never experienced such service were we had placed an order at 07:07am and receive our cold coffee at 07:30am later at McDonalds. UNkosinathi was very arrogant and cheeky, if the store is short staffed it shouldn't affect other people/customers. I would rather look for another McDee than visit McDee in Florida North.
