Atrocious service

Went through the drive through of McDonald’s Skinner street at about 22:30/22:40, the staff at the collection window was absolutely rude the gentlemen there treated us like drunkards, we ordered grand chicken spicy regular meal and extra fries, when we got to the collection window we were told we did not pay for the additional fries I said we made mention of this when we were ordering it was a back and fourth where I was told I can’t give you something you did not pay for by two gentlemen, I responded by saying money was not the issue I can pay for it they can bring the machine I said the issue is my order is wrong, they said to me you can drive around and go through the drive through again and order fries to which I said drive through and queue for just fries he responded or walk out, I communicated that the service was bad plus my time and petrol to drive through he said that’s all he can do rather rude and condescending, I said I’m going to lodge a complaint he said sure, no visible name tags on them. The level of service at Skinner street is atrocious to say the least, no customer service and zero resolution skills for disgruntled customers. Your McDonald’s platforms complaints pages give errors which implies you don’t want to hear feedback. If I could give no starts I would absolutely disgusting how you treat customers when you think they are not in their senses.
