Atrocious Service

This morning at around 08h35am my colleague and I walked into McDonald's Wynberg (Main Road) She ordered before me her number was 258 and I followed after her I was 259 before the order was processed I noticed she punched in medium OJ instead of large OJ I corrected her and she went to look for a manager to void. She did not say anything when she left it was an assumption. While on her quest I could see she was having a conversation with her other colleagues in the kitchen. After a while she came back with the manager no apology nothing. I paid and got my slip. It is safe to say we waited a good 15minutes for our order which never happens because I purchase breakfast there every morning before I go to work. After standing for so long and being irritated I went to the pick up counter to complain the lady who gives out the orders gave us so much attitude and said a breakfast wrap is made on order it's not easy like burgers which to me boggles my mind cause I ordered 15min ago so it cannot take that long she continued to get into an argument with us and giving so much attitude because she was wrong cause she had just got on duty she wasn't there when I placed my order. One lady assisted and gave me my order (I never got her name) Your whole frontline has no manners and drips with attitude have conversations while customers are waiting and make so much noise as if they are at a party this is highly unprofessional. I never got any of the parties names (good and bad) because my slip was taken when I was given my order
