The woman who takes the orders via the voice prompt in the drive through displayed utter disgusting service with a very ugly attitude. She couldn't hear us properly through the voice prompt and started getting annoyed. She then started raising her voice and we then highlighted to her that she was rude. Her reply was \ya"and that we must move so she can take the next order. This was embarrassing as the other cars could hear how rude and ugly she was.
