At East Rand Mall one of the workers scaned the customers slips for points while i was busy ordering my meal I also complained about my hot chocolate not being filled to the top she offered to re make my drink and placed my first hot chocolate where they empty trays and took the drink for herself She also took maltiple slips and entered those codes into the self service machines When i went to her to redeem my points she said i should have scaned the phone while ordering but i asked her why she used the customer behind me's phone to redeem my pionts Im just bringing it under your attention
