Astinking attitude from Castro

I went to Mc Donald's in Littleton on the 15th of Sep 2015,Castro took the order and he was extremely rude right from the start, then we proceeded to the next window to pay and found him, he asked if I wanted to look at him and took his hat off and asked me to take a good look, he caught me off guard as I could not understand where the attitude and rudeness came from, I kept quiet and just ignored him. He then gave me a toy for my 2 year old for the happy meal that I had ordered, I asked if he could give me something different as he already has the same toys, he said I should proceed to the next window &speak to the manager, he was very rude and treated me like I went there to ask for the food without paying for it ,I asked why I needed to speak to the manager as I didn't think it was something so serious that needed to be escalated to the manager, He then gave me a wrong name &surname when I asked for his name then the manager gave me the right name even though he did nothing about the issue and was also unprofessional. This is not my first encounter with Mc Donald's stuff and I am disgusted at the way they treat their customers, I want this dealt with seriously or I am taking it
