Assistant Manager from hell

I was just there at McDonald's mall @Redds to pick up an Uber order, all of a sudden there was a destruction to the waitress who had been serving me her name is Ivy. She was well taking care of my Uber collection and the Assistant Manager took her to the back.

U don't mind her doing her errands but no1 was assigned to assist me, i waited for 20 minutes before Ivy was released, she then made the order and while she was doing the order i asked why no1 bothered helping and the Assistant Manager by her name Norma intervene very rudely causing a scene. She pricicely questioned why I asked why I was lwft middle for so long and even went to say let us rate him down.

Is it the way to handle customers at McDonald's? I felt embarrassed as everyone was looking at me silly, it is supposed to be a small issue but she blew it out of proportion, she caused a scene and went further to humiliated and also wanted to belittle me.

I ended up cancelling the order and left. Is this how your managers supposed to work?
