Asking for a certain thing and getting exactly the opposite

Now for the second time ordering from Mcdonalds at Value Mall Boksburg I state special instructions in capital letters no garnish on one of the burgers I ordered. And they deliver my burger with all the garnish on. What part of no garnish dont they understand. So tired of the terrible service and then they expect me to pay for it.
