Arrogantly incorrect

<p>I was just at McDonald's Brackenfell. After waiting for a while I finally got my order. When I got home I noticed that half my order had not been given to me. I called the store to inform them of this. Sadly a very rude and arrogant idiot answered the phone. He basically said ***** me and it's my problem. And that the s******s outside the store are just for show! This is pathetic that you treat customers like this. I've paid for meals and now it's my my expense to drive up and down because the staff are ***********! I will be sure to share my experience.</p>
