Arrogant Staff

On Saturday morning around 9.30, i visited McD Mt Edgecombe to purchase breakfast 4 my colleagues & myself...the service was appalling to say the least. The lady serving us was rude , arrogant & had a dont care attitude. Upon questioning her as to why the bill was so high as we always purchase their breakfasts so we are aware of the total should be, she ignored me & walked away. The very same lady whose name i didnt get as they dnt wear name tags, messed up another customer's order, with no apology whatsoever, again walks away whilst conversing with her colleagues with total disregard 4 the customers that she has clearly ****ed off!! I had 2 then get "assistance" from another staff member, whom was no different than the previous. She just left our orders on the counter not advising us that it was ours. To McD's management :if this is the calibre of staff u have serving customers, then much is left 2 b desired about ur customer service pledge.
