Arrogant manager Boy with zero managing skills at McDonald's Diepkloof square

I bought two quarter pounder meals at McDonald's Diep Kloof square and added extra cash for original soft drink, only to find out that I was given the no sugar drinks, after somedays on my way from work, I passed at the store and complained to the manager about the incident and he told me that I should come back with a slip and he would give me meals with correct drinks, then when i went back to the store with a slip, the manger on duty that day made me feel like I was some street kid telling lies about McDonald's so that I can get free food, I explained what had happened and that I was back because the manager who was on duty on the day of my complaint said I should come back. He was just arrogant, he just told me that he won't be able to assist, and that McDonald's doesn't give free food. the nerve of that boy. mind you, I don't even stay in Diep Kloof, I stay in protea glen, he didn't even care of my efforts.
