Arrogant manager

I’ve never been so disrespected like this by a manager her name is Shirley at aMcdonalds in Hillfox , I asked her about my order which I waited for 20 minutes then the next thing she tells me there’s loadhshedding what must she do when the order is taking so long ,I better not see her next time I go there she’s ****** rude
