Arrogant!!!!!

<p>I am really not one to complain about service even if it is bad,i usually just brush it off but tonight was just bad. Mcdonalds in kuilsriver is known for their pathetic service and tonight i have just experienced it.I ask the lady at the pay point it i could please pay a portion of my meal by card AND THE REST by cash. I told her this 3 times and she said she understood. But which she did the complete opposite.when I had asked her to rectify it she called the manager on duty and he just told me he cannot do it and I should just go ahead as he was not going to cancel this order. I told him i need it to be rectified as the card I am paying with is a gift card witch funds cannot be withdrawn,hence me wanting to clear it. His response was that he was going to cancel the order and i dare not stand in the queue again for every order that comes from me he would cancel. Why would you want to treat a client like that.i am highly dissapointed as he made me feel this was my fault. I told him its fine i would then buy someplace else. Of which he rep****: Yes please do that.</p>
