Appaulling Service from McDonalds Welkom

Had an appalling experience at McDonalds Welkom where my family and I had come for a purchase and the national breakfast day special. Not only was the store manager Rea Thithele rude and refusing to be of decent assistance, the Swing Manager Mantoa Sonopo was extremely problematic shouting at us over the counter and speaking in a language that we do not understand. We did not come as beggars at McDonalds Welkom but as customers and were treating very badly and with no remorse.
