Appaulling service

Never have I experienced such bad service anywhere! I have been trying to call McDonald Jean Crssing for the past hour & a half ,but the phone rings endlessly then after get a piercing noise followed by a dead tone. After numerous failed attempts I called Lifestyle where I was rubbed away & the lady didn't even offer to call them on my behalf. I then called Centurion where I was given Lyttleton's number. I was told they would definitely deliver. When I called I get a man answer the phone as if it were his home. He doesn't introduce himself nor mention which company I had called. When I was in the middle of placing my order,he interrupts & tells me to wait so I can place an order with the right person. I get given Johnny who says I must call back after 2 minutes with no explanation. After refusing he promises to call me back,I asked for his name as I threatened to report him should he not. He called back & said I must wait again so he could check if I live within the area/grid. I waited a good 15min with no call back. I called again & he said he thought I was the lady that had called. I can't understand hi he could mistaken me for some on else as he had my contact numbers.
