Appauling service /Macdonalds Florida North

I had since logged 3 complaints about wrong order received frok macdonalds Florida noryh on 20th March. To date no feedback was swnt to me but my case numbers closed. I boufht food in the restaurant for me and my colleague. 1 medium spicy foldover meal and 1 large spicy foldover meal with waffle fries. I got meadium waffle fries and garlic foldover instead. The wait for orders inside is insane...their priority is tbe drive thru then we get wrong food still.
