Appauling Service

I am so appalled at the service I got today from Siya who happens to be the manager or supervisor at the McDonald's Chris Hani Crossing, I bought 6 meals and he refused to give me a bigger packet to pack some of it, he advised I carry it and that it is McDonald's protocol, if indeed thats what it is I AM DISGUSTED
