Appauling and extremely bad Customer Experience all the time!

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I requested for a single jalepeno and a double boere spicey meal. Upon paying I noticed that the cashier, selected a spicey single jalepeno. I then advised her that i did not request a spicy jalepeno, its only the boere that i request to be spicy. She then shouted to the back that, the jalepeno should be a normal not spicy. Then the cooks at the back, told her that they have already completed the order. She then walk past us to the coldrink machine, in her walking past us she mumbles out to us that the order is already complete, without apologizing. Then just turned her back on us, whilst still politly protesting the order. She then went on mumbling to her collegue, something along the lines of we boring her. I then requested for my money back, I wasnt about to have something i didnt request. Then she didnt even bother to apologize. She then called what I believe to be the manager for a refund. Then this female in a gray Mcdonald shirt came. Didnt even bother to ask us what the refund was for. At this point no one has yet apologized for the mixup. Yet they have the Guts to ask me to sign some slip, as if I was at fault. Then they went even bothered when we walked out...</span></p>
