Appalling treatment from McDonalds Durban road

The McDonald's on Durban road in Bellville has never disappointed me so much. I have always supported McDonald's for years and never have I ever been treated so poorly. Due to our urgent matter we needed to rest on our journey, and the local security recommended we park by the McDonalds on Durban road in Bellville. So we happily drove and parked our car. I (being a female) needed to utilize the restroom urgently so I went to ask the staff if I could use the bathroom, as there was a sign stating "Trading 24/7" but the doors were locked and no one responded to me either. So I walked around the building to the drive through windows (this night was uncomfortably cold). I eventually saw a staff member walk by so i called out to her and she came to the window, I proceeded to ask her if I could please use the bathroom. She said to me no and that the bathroom was locked, puzzled I pleaded as it was urgent, my hubby had also asked if we could get some tap water as we had consumed what we had. She said 'just wait im coming now". She did not return so we walked to the next window and saw the same employee and asked her again if we could have some water (we had our own bottle with) she said to us she cant give us water and so I clarified by saying "just tap water" and she refused to help, until we ask to speak to the manager. The manager said to us there was an incident with the water so they are not allowed to give us water. I have never had this kind of treatment before from any McDonalds branch and I feel the lack of help, when a person is in need, is atrocious and I shall not support such an establishment.
