Appalling Service McDonald's Woodmead

Last night we visited McDonald's Woodmead, the level of service we received there was appalling. First we waiting for a long time in the drive thru waiting for our order. When we got to the window to collect our food, they gave us a wrong order. We ordered a kiddies meal, 6 nuggets and water. We didn't check our order, we just took the order and gave it to the child at the back, if we knew that we were dealing with *********** staff members we were going to check. We only realized that the order was incorrect when we were looking for nuggets, and they didn't give us our drinks as well. When we brought to the attention of the lady that handed us the food, she told us that she's only helping, she doesn't know what we ordered. If that was the case she should have asked for the receipt to double check our order not just to give the wrong order. She was very negligent by doing so, what if our child is sensitive in one of the ingredients in that order eg. chillies or jalapeño. We asked for the manager, to raise our concerns and we were attended by the lady called Simphiwe. The attitude she gave us,cit was bad. Instead of acknowledging the mistakes that was done by her staff members instead she was defensive. She told told us its not her fault, she works in the kitchen, she doesn't know what's happening in front.

Can someone look at this matter and give proper training to the staff in how to deal with customers especially the manager.
