Appalling service: McDonald's!

I would like to extend an utterly disgusting comment on the level of service I received from McDonald's fourways crossing branch. I cam through drive thru to order a meal, i asked the lady to patient with me before i ordered because my meal is exclusive as im allergic to specific garnish. The lady rushed me through the order, raising her voice over the intercom saying "what else!" . I then drove directly to fetch my meal & ask for a manager( Justice vundla) to escalate this ******* service, the outcome from this manager was practically a verbal apology. im disappointed, disgusted and furious as to what everyone has to deal with when managers who are trained for such come up with an outcome of "m sorry".
