Appalling Service (Lack of customer service)

Extremely bad service/customer service received from the Vangate Mall store. Firstly no straws, whilst driving most of it landed on the floor as the lid had to be removed when i wanted to drink. Then I ordered a Cajun spicy burger which has no spiciness at all. I go back into the store and explain that no spiciness is on the burger and that mayo was on was on instead of the strong sauce. the manager on duty then made me buy extra sauce (Cajun).

Is this what is called customer service? I have been a avid customer purchasing for a good few years but with this experience I will not go back and i will make sure my family and friends stay away and boycott the franchise.
