Appalling service from McDonald’s SA Ghandi Sqaure.

I got the most appalling service from McDonald’s Gandhi Sqaure. Firstly I was ignored on more than one occasion when I greeted. The staff busied themselves with everything but attending to requests for updates. The lady taking out the order, when my order and arrives she says "there" in Zulu and pushes my order to the end of the counter. This lady proceeded to address me with contempt and in Zulu at No stage did I address her in Zulu either as I am Not Zulu either.

I asked her if I was rude to her any form to justify her behaviour. She shouts and says "Its because shes Zulu its a take it or leave it!

The person accompaning me askes if its her nature to be rude. She retorts “call the manager I dont care they know.”

I asked someone else to please call the manager also Zulue lady. Who than gave dirty stares and ignored the request for a manager. The staff did their best to avoid calling the manager and the manager too was either in on it as it was just dirty looks from the staff. They were all too busy to either call the manager or resolve the query.

Whoever was the manger must have had the rokus by than as I was clearly upset. And chose to ignore it ,as other customers were now asking whas going on while the cleaning lady was laughing.

What I want to understand is why is this happening and this is my second review that I updated and No response from McDonald’s!
