Appalling Service from Macdonalds Cresta Mall

The service in this store is exceptionally poor. No lettuce, they rob me by short-changing me and they have zero customer care. I stand for ten minutes with a hungry child and have to call for attention so I get served and at that instance I'm welcomed by a stinking attitude.

Furthermore, the same individual counting money and placing orders is the same individual prepping the orders and packing the food.

These are truly desperate times with no electricity but Cresta is truly turning into sh..hole! You can't be waiting for a meal and u hear an employee making stupid utterances in vernacular abt closing the doors! Franchisees is this what you teach your teams?
