Appalling service by team

Walked in at Bara rank McD and I have experienced the most appalling service ever. They didn’t want to serve me and told me to go make my purchase at the self service machine. Even after I explained that the meal I wanted to purchase was not in that machine. The cashier was rude and when she was meant to give me my food she just left it at the counter and turned her back and walked away. I had to reach out for my food from the other side. The whole time she was side eyeing me and treating me like Im not welcome. She did not have a nale tag and she looked like she is pregnant.
