Appalling service

I was very disturbed by the guy at the door who assists at the self service paying point. He was so rude and couldn’t even get a solution. While I was stand at the que to go and order my daughter needed to go the bathroom and directed to where to go, she then came back and said the bathrooms are out of service.

I asked the person at the door that my daughter needs the bathroom, what’s happening and all he could say is it’s not working and I asked so where should I go, he said he doesn’t know. Of which he sounded very rude as if he did not care at all, of which didn’t. So I asked so if these people requested to go to the bathroom where are you going to send them. He answered me by saying this a place of food not for toilets. I was so shocked I just left. The service at Macdonald is really appalling.
