Appalling Service at McDonald's Maponya Mall

I am absolutely appalled by the service at Maponya McDonald's in Soweto. I ordered a Cajun meal and sat down upstairs to wait for service. Only to receive my food in a shocking manner. My drink was opened and my chips were horribly cold. I asked the service lady why my drink isn't covered? She infomed me that that's the standard rule here at McDonald's if you're sitting in. I don't understand it, these are "covid" times and I cannot believe they serve people like this... someone could cough or sneeze into my drink. This is absolutely disgusting!!! Fix this McDonald's! Not happy at all! You will never receive such horrible service in other areas...shocking!
