Appalling service at Macdonalds Jubilee Mall

Went to Macdonalds Jubilee Mall,cashier by the of Neo(guy) got my order wrong which I noticed after making payment,I ordered the Nazo Meal but he decided to charge me for the chicken foldover meal,he didn't ask if it's take away or sit in,then come time get my order,I tell the lady it's a sit in ,she says its not showing on the slip,I tell her I was never asked,then Neo comes and I tell him it's a sit in he says they don't have trays for sit ins,the other lady gave me a tray...I am really appalled at this,never have I experienced something like this at Macdonalds,I.suggest they take him back to training to learn about customer services because it's like he's working there because he doesn't have a choice he needs the money,he has no passion for what he does at all even his body language says so
