Appalling service

Hi all - Very unhappy customer. - I have bought a few meals on Sunday as a take away and one of the meal was missing - I have called Mac Donald’s mount edgcombe and the manager mphume said I can pic it up. - I am currently in the store. Am waiting so long like a mad thing. And the lady just took my receipt. With no assurance that this will be done - Mphiwe was off and their is another manager on shift. (Buhle) Please view the camera footage to view how long I have been w8ing - the lady @ the door came to me and said sir you have been waiting long how can I help. I explained to her that am w8ing for my order but I believe the manager will have to sort it out- she went to the back and told only of them that am waiting - the with in few minutes I got my food !!!

Some one needs to get a warning here for failure to provide a high level of service - That manager I believe who can take owner ship of their actions the one who on current on shift Buhle

This is real inconvenience as I now need to get to work !!!!
