Appalling Service

I've never had any bad service from McDonald's before and I'm just appalled by the service I got on the 27th of July, from the McDonald's in Pritchard street Johannesburg!!! I redeemed 2 McFlurry ice creams from the app and when I collected my order, I saw that both ice creams were half filled😳. So I tell the lady assisting and she goes and refills only one of the cups and says, "the other one is supposed to look like that!". They were both half! So how are you refilling one and not the other! Now I have one full ice cream and one half ice cream!!! And she still refuses to refill!!! They never have ice cream in Pritchard! And when they do, this is what we get??? Disgusting service!
