Appalling service

I was at the McDonald’s in Alberton and I have to say the service was extremely poor… one is left there to figure things out, when you try to approach any McDonald employee they just seem to be in a rush and don’t offer assistance. I wanted to redeem fries using my points that the app offers.. unfortunately not understanding how the redeeming process works, I selected incorrectly and the cashier was unable to assist, until I requested to speak to a manager as now my points are gone - however no snack to show for it. After waiting for 10 minutes I had to request from a different cashier to please call the manager for me.. I really do not understand how employees always seem to have little to zero product knowledge .. it truly is appalling.
