APPALLING SERVICE

I made a driver through order and the person taking the order does not confirm if that is all I wanted, when I get to the windows to pay for the order I told her why she thought I was done and she told me she was done with the order. I asked her according to who? She then took 3 other orders as I was at the window trying to talk to her. She had no regard for me or my concern. I ask for her name because she was not wearing a name tag and she is quite for a while and claims her name is Nompumelelo. I get to the collection windows and ask for the manager and explain how I have just been treated. He apologises and assures me that the rude lady would call me to apologise. 2 days later she calls me and says and I quote" I was told to call you and and to apologise for what happend". And I now find out that her name is in fact Zandile and not Nompumeleo as previously said.I ask her if they told her to call me did she not think what she did and said was wrong. She says she doesn't remember what happened because customers do this a lot. I wonder what kind of an apology it was she is offering me. I asked her to give the phone back to the manager and asked him if he heard the apology that was offered to me and he said no and that he will tell his boss to talk to her. I was flabbergasted, I mean how unprofessional and insulting this lady is and the manager just lets her be. I am there like are these people running a ****a shop here. Unbelievable and shocking.
