Appalling service

The service I received was appalling,staff members were asleep on duty and some were arguing about who woke the other one up.Honestly for a 24 hours service this is bull ****.We nearly got hijacked because of such bull ****.To make it worse the food was cold and sloppy.Never will I ever buy from Mac'ds
