Appalling food and service!

I’m appalled by the service and the food I had ordered!! I had ordered macfeast deluxe medium meal with coke no ice!! I then received a 300Ml can(coke)! Normally before I eat I check my food just to make sure that all is well! Then noticed something not settling with the patty that looked offish, the when I tasted the patty, indeed it didn’t settle quite well with my taste buds! I then went In store to tell them about my order! Then I was referred to a manger who actually didn’t look like one and is actually the kitchen supervisor! I then asked again if the guy was a manger, and they said yes he is! I just looked at them cause they thought I’m gullible and just needed my order to be fixed so I leave! I asked that they please change the order to a chicken macfeast as I now have trust issues about their beef patty! The order was changed however the wasn’t satisfactory! There was no cheese! The patty was too dry and the sauce was limited! The saw I wasn’t happy and to top it all fun was made about the whole situation!! Thought of cancelling the order and taking my money however was left defeated and just walked out, and as I was walking out chuckles we’re getting louder but the guy who was pretending to “help”!

I must say this is not my first time buying there and have never experienced such however tonight’s service just left me disappointed and totally angry!! I will never and I mean never ever buy there again!! We are taken for fools especially when not satisfied about what we had spent our money on!
