Appalling Customer Service

The disrespect I got from a Manger at the McDonald's this morning. This manager told me to basically **** off as I asked to use the ladies while I wait in the drive through for my food. I told I will report him and he told me go ahead he does not give a ****. I cannot believe a paying customer can be treated like that. Why the hell is people like that even given such positions?? If I could even just answer a customer incorrectly I would get fired, FNB fired me because of a customer who complained about my service this peace of **** told me to **** off. It's appalling what type of service you get from these people! I hope this ass hole gets fired on the spot. A white woman would never get this treatment if this branch was in the suburbs. There shops are even closed before 1am.
