Appalling customer service

I'm very disappointed about the service I received from McDonald's Sandton Rock & Roll on the 31/01/2020. Kefilwe has a horrible attitude towards customers , she treats customers as if she's making them a favor by serving them . I bought a chicken club sandwich from the café and I'm well aware that their toaster has not been working for sometime now, however they always toast the bread on the side. On Thursday it became an issue and they started humiliating me , Rosina needs a customer service training as a manager because she does not have the skill at all. Zack witnessed the scenario and he came to my rescue, thank you . Kindly deal with the attitude problem for the 2 mentioned ladies before you loose more customers.
