Appalling customer service

Went to Mc Donald’s birch acres mall on Thursday evening 31/12/2020 around 7pm & they had already closed inside for walk in customers. A queue for pedestrians had been formed next to the drivethru window and to my appall, the priority went to drivers who most came after the people who were queuing already. The manager bluntly told us that they want to serve & finish all the vehicles before they could service the people without cars & by then it was just after 8pm. She looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if what she was doing had sense since motorists already had means of getting home, while the pedestrians would still have to sort their way home. Clearly she thought her big spenders were motorists and not us. I’m thoroughly discussed with the treatment and especially coming from people who potential don’t own vehicles, one would expect them to empathise, but no, not at Mc Donald’s right? I really wish we had Mr D or UberEats around Tembisa
