Appalling customer service

On more than one occasion I have been to the MacDoanlds in Hillfox 14th Avenue Johannesburg and I received poor customer service, each time I want to redeem a meal I am told that it isnt working - no visible signage is used to inform customers.

Today 06/11/2020 I visited the same branch only this time I went into the shop, I tried to redeem a meal and I was told there was no internet - the manager on site just brush me off walked away and said there's nothing I can do.

I left the store got home only to find that my order was incomplete. I am trying degusted by the way your handle your customers, it appalling to say the least.
