Appalling Customer service

Appalling service, went an ordered meal and wanted to up size the meal using the Vodacom app, to my surprise, the stuff took my phone to rate they service themselves for obvious reasons rating themselves a high score, after waiting 30-45 minutes my order was still not ready manager was the, she was also very unprofessional asked numerous tes what was taking so long she could not give me a valid answer telling me my order was ready and I asked if it's ready why haven't I recieved and she was buying running up and down, I eventually canceled my order and I had wasted my entire lunch waiting for food which nsvr came my order number was 249 even 257 recieved they food before mine I'm never setting foot in that' store again not only am I hungry but disgusted
